Research on Young The Talent Pipeline in the Scottish Third Sector
Why This Research?
A strong flow of young talent helps organisations continue to serve the communities that need them in the long term.
However, we found a lack of youth opportunities and a lack of confidence around succession planning for Scottish TSOs. Less than 10% of Scottish TSO leaders don't see this as a pressing national issue.
We want to begin the national conversation around this issue.

We launched the findings at a free sector event in Edinburgh on 25th May, bringing together TSOs to share insights and discuss the next steps for developing future leaders.
